Profile Four Five is a wonderful balance of the characteristics we love from our Profiles Four and Five. This wine is slightly fuller and rounder than Profile Four, but not quite as big and bold as Profile Five. Full of aromas of ripe berry and dark cherry, with hints of vanilla and baking spice, it is a dry red with zero grams of sugar per serving, and while it goes with almost everything, it pairs well with steaks, salmon and lasagna.
Profile Four Five, our nod to our Founder's Spanish heritage with its notes of Malbec and Tempranillo, is a dreamy, medium-to-full bodied red with aromas of pomegranate, blueberry, currant, dried fig and a hint of forest.
